The Contract Management Office (CMO) team provides helpful instructions for proposers, including general terms and conditions, grants and agreements, procurement contracts, and other transactions.
After a review process, DARPA selects the winning proposal, notifies applicants, and awards a contract. CMO works closely with awardees throughout the contract signing process.
